1. Our client was planning to revamp and reorganize the internal structure of their main product line, but didn’t want to alienate their existing customer base. Our researchers conducted choice modeling interviews and observation in one-on-one and focus group settings to distinguish the most important aspects the customers wanted from the products.
2. Our client wanted to tap into their key clients’ most prestigious service experiences to better understand their needs towards the service and to achieve a competitive edge towards the competition. We designed an online survey and video diary environment using Humap Software’s REAL collaboration platform for their clients to share their stories and ideas related to the service.
